It is intended for every woman that is ready to dive into the hidden chambers of her own femininity and experience a reawakening. Through pole-dance as an intuitive method of exercise, you will learn that sensuality is not defined by appearance but rather by a feeling of freedom and inner energy that lives in each of you. Using dance exercises you will get to know your alter ego and embrace your xx chromosome that makes you a woman in full beautiful sense of the word. You will raise your level of physical self-confidence and you will feel pleased in front of and behind the mirror. By changing your perspective with regards to your body from “seeing” to “feeling” you will get to know your body in a completely new emotional dimension.
The authentic methods of exercise that are Ana’s Sensual Fitness encourage women climb the pole for the first time in their life, even if they were never able to climb a rope in gym class or if they are afraid of heights, now they will enjoy their personal strength and the feeling of overcoming their fear. Ana’s studio does not need Mont Everest or Mont Blanc, this pole makes women feel like they are on top of the world. If they win over social stereotypes, limitations and prejudice, if they accept themselves and learn to love themselves, then they can accomplish ANYTHING, just like you can.

You exercise barefoot in comfortable sports clothing, and after some time, dance shoes.
Ambiance
You exercise in small groups in the comfortable atmosphere of a dimly lit exercise room.

I have trained many things and I have tried all kinds of stuff, from competitive sports and tournaments through dance groups and all the way to recreational jumping around a fitness room and using various equipment. I am one of those people who lives the saying – it is never too late! At the age of 44 I entered an unknown adventure – I started to work out with Ana. I had no idea what was in store for me. I was bought with the first exercise of Ana’s Sensual Fitness, and when I saw that we would be using the pole I was floored! It is more interesting than any other kind of fitness and it also shapes my body, makes me flexible and raises my self-confidence and makes me more aware of my sensual and erotic nature. It is a merging of fun, hard work and indescribable pleasure!

I love Ana’s Sensual Fitness and ever since I discovered this method of exercise I feel more energetic, I wake up feeling more beautiful and I sleep better.
