E-motion workout is a meditative dance workout that has multiple benefits, besides activating various layers of muscle tissue and keeps your body in shape, it builds an invisible bond that connects your physical and emotional component.
The emphasis is on the simple system of exercise through circular movement that create a series of fluid sequences, with precise instructions, professional guidance and constant motivation. Circular movements are a natural catalyst for awakening personal sensuality and femininity, developing a healthy and positive feeling in the body, making exercise a pleasurable experience.
Each hip circle awakens a feeling deeply hidden in the zone of your hips, biologically raising the level of oxytocin (also known as the hormone of love) and your being enters a state of happiness, relaxation and naturalness. A woman who achieves this, defines her own world, releases her eros, her creative power from the libido and impulses that give you an insurmountable life energy. As such, this class is pure emotion in movement and a real transformational journey to femininity and true pleasure.
It is intended for all women and serves as a “small school” of bonding with emotions and prelude to dance therapy.

E-motion workout combines the techniques of yoga and pilates along with rhythmic movements of the body. As such, you do not have the feeling that you are exercising, but rather that you are dancing and enjoying physical exercise. At the beginning it is necessary to adopt a foundational set of exercises and to allow the body time for adaptation to a somewhat different and tranquil approach to exercise, to learn the techniques of breathing which serve to relax the body and mind and then with time to spontaneously let go into dance meditation through the manifestation of circular movements.

I have trained many things and I have tried all kinds of stuff, from competitive sports and tournaments through dance groups and all the way to recreational jumping around a fitness room and using various equipment. It is more interesting than any other kind of fitness and it also shapes my body, makes me flexible and raises my self-confidence and makes me more aware of my sensual and erotic nature.
