It tones deep internal muscles as well as larger muscles that form toned arms and legs, firm abdominals and it defines your entire body. It consists of a program of exercises of light to intermediate intensity which use movement to stretch, strengthen and increase flexibility and coordination. Exercises are performed gently, without any sudden movements which ensures elasticity and flexibility of muscles. However, Pilates is much more than just exercise, it can teach you how to move properly. Have you ever performed sit-ups and felt pain in your neck, without any visible results on your body? With Pilates each movement will be correctly executed, and you will shape those amazing feminine abs you have been dreaming about!

Pilates is ideal for women who are looking for a program that relaxes the body and mind as well as developing abdominal strength, flexibility and overall increased range of motion.
