It exudes Latin-American rhythm, the passionate and airy style of movement. You do not need to have any dance experience to have a good time and to feel the energy of an entire group of women dancing with you, and together you are burning huge amounts of calories. Zumba combines quick and slow rhythmic movements motivate weight loss and shape the body through an aerobic approach. It combines cardio exercise and toning. This is a dynamic and exciting way to activate your muscles without lifting a single dumbbell!

Dynamic dance fitness is excellent exercise for the entire body, and its infectious rhythm lifts your mood and easily motivates you to dance. An intense merging of exercise and dance helps burn calories and increases stamina as well as developing motor skills. The best thing about this program is that in only one hour of exercise you can burn up to 1000 calories and have fun doing it!

I was bought with the first exercise of Ana’s Sensual Fitness, and when I saw that we would be using the pole I was floored! It is more interesting than any other kind of fitness and it also shapes my body, makes me flexible and raises my self-confidence and makes me more aware of my sensual and erotic nature. It is a merging of fun, hard work and indescribable pleasure!
